This Privacy Policy describes how Momentic ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Video Collage mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- When you sign in with your Google account, we collect your name, profile picture (avatar), and Google ID token. This information is stored on our servers to maintain your account.
- You may optionally provide social media profile links (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) within the App.
1.2 Information You Provide
- Contact Information: If you contact us via email for support or feedback, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
- Purchase Information: When you subscribe to premium features, your purchase is processed through Google Play and RevenueCat. We receive a transaction identifier and subscription status, but we do not collect or store your payment card details. Your subscription is linked to your account if you are signed in.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, device token for push notifications, and screen dimensions.
- Advertising Identifier: Google Advertising ID, used to serve personalized ads. You can reset or opt out of this identifier in your device settings.
- Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, crash logs, and performance data collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Network Information: IP address and network connection type for delivering content and ads.
1.4 Media You Provide for AI Processing
- When you use our AI-powered features (Toonify for photos or Vidyfy for videos), the photos or videos you select are uploaded to our servers for processing.
- These media files are used solely to generate your AI-styled result and are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete.
- We do not use your uploaded media for training AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the requested result to you.
2. Device Permissions
The App requests the following permissions on your device:

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the App's core features (video collage, slideshow, square video editing)
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
- Process your photos and videos through our AI style-transfer features
- Process and manage your premium subscriptions
- Display advertisements to free-tier users
- Send push notifications (with your consent)
- Analyze app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve app quality
- Respond to your support requests
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of third parties, solely to operate and improve the App:

Google Ads & App Promotion: We use Google Ads to promote the App. When you install the App through a Google ad, Google may share install attribution data (such as the ad campaign that led to the install) with us. This data does not include personally identifiable information. Google's collection and use of data for advertising is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time.
- AI-processed media: Deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.
- Analytics data: Retained according to Firebase's default retention policies (typically 14 months).
- Crash reports: Retained for up to 90 days.
- Support emails: Retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
- Subscription data: Retained by RevenueCat for the duration of your subscription and as required for transaction records.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications between the App and our servers. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Sign out or delete your account: You can sign out at any time within the App. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.
- Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust your Google Advertising ID settings in your device's Settings > Privacy.
- Manage permissions: Revoke camera, microphone, or storage permissions at any time through your device settings.
- Delete your data: You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at the email below.
- Manage notifications: Disable push notifications through your device settings.
